Rob and his staff were awesome. My husband and I decided to part ways, and we didn't want to hire an attorney because we were worried an attorney would create problems just to pad their bill; nothing could be further from that when it came to Rob. He was very patient and helpful and guided me carefully through the process, while understanding that my ex and i wanted to remain civil for our children. I would highly recommend Rob if you're ever in need of a family law lawyer.

Nice guy, but horrible attorney. We spoke on multiple occasions and he had to place me on hold, and even one time he had to hang up and call me back to answer my questions about my son's case. In the end, he didn't keep his word to "fight" for my son but instead convinced him to take a plea bargain. He constantly repeated that he didn't want to take the case before Judge Darnell - I thought that was what lawyers thrived on was "fighting" a case out in court and making the best case they could??? Instead of being an advocate for my son, his approach was scare tactics - "if we go before the judge you are probably going to get more time than the plea offer". I don't condone my son's actions but I realized pretty fast that the system is set up to incarcerate ($$$$) from the lawyers all the way to TDC. Good luck if you hire this guy. A court-appointed attorney could have gotten the same results!

I totally expected everything you said in your comments is what you would say. I'll admit that was a pretty good defense against my position - that's all I asked for you to do for my son was to "provide a defense". I'll stand by my position that a plea bargain is not a "fight".

As for this being your first negative review, I'm sure after what I witnessed, there will be more to come. In any case, it is what it is at this point. My son will do his time, and I'll still be here for him when he gets out. I've advocated for him since he was born, and will always do so.

You know you made sure to mention "your son, my client" several times in your comments, and that's true. Different than your position when I handed you the $$$$! That was one if the reasons we hired you is so that you could communicate to me about my ADULT son. My son signed off for you to be able to speak to me, and you did speak to me whenever I called you. You visited my son maybe 3 times from start to finish. When I paid you, you told you would go see him later that day or the next day - it took you 5 days to visit him for the first time. I knew then I had made a mistake in hiring you because you didn't keep your word. Learning experience for all. As for not having his file available for phone conversations is appaling you would say that - I never reached you when I called - you always had to return my call, which one would think you would have his file right in front of you??? If not, why return the call unprepared???

Hopefully, the feedback will make you a better attorney IF you recognize the truth in it and not just discard it like you did everything else. We didn't ask for magic - we just asked for a "fight" and for your "best shot" - and you said you gave it - we will have to agree to disagree. God bless you.

I was scared to go to my first appt w Mr. Biggers but my first step into his office, that changed. His office is pleasant. Along w Mr Biggers. I was upset but soon I knew, I knew I had a loyal,knowledgable,very personal and nota show off lawyer but ready to help me. I believe he will do what he can to get the best results for me. I felt comfortable w him that I Thank him..for not making me feel like Sh.. When I got home I asked my mom, what do you think of Mr.Biggers, She said..I Like Him..he is very nice and walked us out, when he had already walked us into his ofc and I notice, Mr. Biggers meets his clients at the reception area then walks them back.
