Crooks! I owed $300 to a lawyer from 22 years ago. I was 16. She didn't do her job, which is why I didn't pay. But I was sued for $5,000 by Thrasher Law Firm. Total, and absolutely ridiculous!

Dr. Marvin J. Henderson
Long time family attorney; a brilliant lawyer with a penchant for the history that provides the basis for the law.
Experienced, tenacious attorney. Hopefully you never need an attorney, but if you do - go to Trey!

The absolute worst experience with a lawyer or any business that I have ever experienced in my entire existence. The assistant Tamica( or possibly Tonya, I believe she gave a fake name) was rude and unprofessional. I truly hope that they lose business because of her. I wish I could give a lower rating. Don’t waste your time or your money.

This is an unbiased honest review! My spouse and I are currently awaiting a final ruling from the Judge who presided over our tenant-landlord small claims lawsuit. So this review isn’t based on the outcome of our case, which so many people tend to leave bad reviews, if they don’t get the exact outcome they desired. Which is wrong, but that’s another story. We hired Mr. Thrasher to represent us on a Eviction of a month to month lease. What seemed like a simple round of documents to fill out, and paying associated court fees etc. turned rapidly into a complex case with many different obstacles to overcome. Mr. Thrasher from the time of our initial free consultation was very thorough and had just as many questions as we did due to us attending our first court hearing pro se. Not a good idea by the way! After getting a feel of exactly what he missed, he took notes on everything we explained to him, and gave us a very direct answer on the strengths and weaknesses of our given situation. He did not try to fabricate false hopes or make guarantees about winning our case hands down or any of that unethical stuff some lawyers have been known to do. He is extensively up to date on all current laws and statues pertaining to landlord-tenant disputes. As for his courtroom manner he is firm and well prepared for litigation with the opposing sides legal counsel. Any arguments made were quickly side stepped by Mr. Thrasher and he was immediately throwing jabs right back without having to stop and look at his notes or other tactics to buy time to think of a argument. He knew the facts of our case inside and out in a relatively small amount of time. (About two weeks from retaining him and our final court date). Mr. Thrashers fee was very reasonable and overall we are extremely satisfied with his services. He also always responded to our emails within a hour or so as long as it was during business hours which is super professional in my opinion. We had spoke on the phone with another attorney who wanted to charge us for a consultation regardless or whether or not we retained him and his retainer was less than Mr. Thrasher’s (not by much) but we hands down knew after our consultation we would regret it if we chose anyone else to represent us. You get what you pay for after all! Mr. Thrasher will be our go to counselor anytime we have issues with tenants in the future! Also Mr. Thrashers paralegal(s) were nothing but polite and professional anytime we spoke. One of them even called to inform us on the morning of court that we had a sudden change of court rooms and just wanted to make sure we weren’t sitting in the wrong room come court time.

Sent a 7 day notice to withhold rent to fix the MOLD DAMAGE, NO AC , other problems and that my complex knew about before and they gave everyone 3 day notices to move out. Obviously the landlord didn’t tell the entire story. And that we have receipts of paying rent. . Literally if you get clients make sure they tell you the entire story

With out a doubt... hands down great job!!! Handling evictions are now faster and easier. In Property Management money is wasted if we don't have a paying tenant. My file is handled within the same day, and consistent communication through out the process. This is a win-win for me:)
