For now, we are very satisfied. Mind you, we do not have my husbands final immigration approval, but we just received his work permit yesterday, about 6 months from the time we filed. We also was having mail issues, and they made sure we got the paperwork we needed. Unless something drastic happens, we are very happy with the service we received.
