I came here for a consultation session thinking for my husband’s immigration case. Honestly I wasn’t too sure at first but my appointment with Mrs. Ricci was very informative and understanding, she gave me all the information I needed and was very honest in her opinion. Staff was very professional as well.

I'm very upset because Mr. Rambana did not try hard enough to help my husband from being deported. I called about 2-3 times to talk to him about new information for a new hearing and I never got the call back, and until this day, I still have not heard a word from him. Unfortunately, now my husband is being deported. He did not coach my husband for the hearing. And he took care of his hearing over the phone. I'm very unsatisfied. Not because my husband did not come out, but because our attorney didn't make a strong effort about fighting the case hearing..

Not enough effort put into my NOID case. I had my initial consultation with Mr. Rambana. Told him everything that happened with my case. He explained what needed to be done and told me all the information that I needed to provide him with for him to take care of it. Felt positive about it. Sent all information to him within 3 days. Went back a week later to finalize everything. I was 15 minutes early for my 3pm appointment. Mr. Ramabana was not there and showed up 40 minutes late. Then when he came and I thought we were finally going to get this on the road he didnt even see me. I sent me to Mr. Ricci and said she'll be handling my case when I've never even ever spoken to her. So I ended up sitting with her and explaining everything that I had already explain to Mr. Rambana to her again. That was very frustrating because at this time we were suppose to be finalizing everything and not just getting started. However, they sent off my package. I asked them to send me a copy of what they submitted. Low and below, none of the information that Mr. Ramabana asked me for was included in the package they sent off. Package was put together very sloppily and had very limited information. When I emailed Ms. Ricci and asked her why the information I provided was not submitted she told me that it was necessary nor needed. So why then did Mr. Rambana asked me to give him the information if it wasnt needed. Somebody somewhere didnt know what they were doing or saying. So as a result of that my case was denied due to lack of information. The same information that I submitted to them and the same information that Ms. Ricci told me was not necessary. No one from the office contacted us. When my wife called them and informed them of the denial letter that we recieved they were saying all I needed to do was reapply and tried to charge us few thousand dollars more for them to continue with our case. Mr. Rambana went as far as telling me he had a client that had to reapply 3 times before he was approved. That's telling me that they are incompetent. We discontinued there representation and me and my wife sat down and wrote a letter of appeal along with form eoir29 coupled with all the information that Ms. Ricci left out of the package and sent it in ourselves. 2 months later we got an approval. They were just trying to draw out our case to make more money off of us. We used the same information that I had sent to them to get an approval so if they and sent it all that we gave them it would've went differently. I do not reccomend this office. In fact if you read and research these processes on your own you'll be surprised to know that you dont need legal representation for mlm most of them. It can be done yourself. Read and research people. Dont let lawyers take advantage of you and drain young your hard earned buck.

Neil Rambana is the worst lawyer. He will talk very sweet to you but that sweetness is nothing but a bunch of lies. He went to court with my mother and told the judge a lot of bad things against my mother and the judge deported my mother.I will not recommend this office to anyone.

Not enough attention to detail on what we talked about and they submitted on our behalf to US immigration office; too many mishaps on citizenship denial appeal process and forms, and green card application forms. Cannot recommend them given what happened and what they charged us.

I can't say enough about how please my family and I have been with this firm. I've used them on the business side before and was familiar with that side of their practice but this was the first time I've experienced the family side and it was top notch! They successfully helped us navigate a very complicated immigration issue we were faced with after relying on some well-meaning but inaccurate information one of my aunts received from the U.S. embassy in Canada. After receiving a denial of a petition she filed, we went to Ms. Ricci who patiently explained the denial, what we needed to do next, etc. She was very honest about the likelihood of success and what she and Mr. Rambana would be able to do for us. In addition, after we refiled, they immediately started discussing a Plan B in case the new petition was also denied. Scheduled an appointment with Rambana about a decade ago, gave me bad advice, put my file on the archives for a year, and then gets me in trouble with the USCIS by requesting an appointment, (which I was trying to avoid at that time). His partner seems more knowledgeable but unfortunately he took my case and the money. Would not recommend him.
