I was the buyer in a recent real estate transaction and the seller chose Rushing Law Firm. I would not use them if I had a choice. Everything leading up to closing was fine. They answered my questions and the process was smooth. On the day of closing, everything went fine at first. We completed everything they asked of us and then left. Fortunately, we mentioned we were going out to lunch to celebrate and said where. They had to track us down at our lunch place because they failed to have us sign all the documents. But instead of sending the documents to sign, they just sent a runner to tell us we needed to come back (30 minutes out of our way). When we returned, they apologized for the inconvenience but gave no explanation as to why all the documents were not ready the first time or why they could not have brought the documents with them when they tracked us down. This really made me lose confidence in the whole closing process (not my first one). When I asked what assurance we had that the sellers (who signed the day before) had signed everything I got a cheery "they did." But no reassurance.

I have closed over 20 transactions with Rushing Law Firm over the last 12 months and they always provide my clients with a seamless transaction. They stay on top of the file and the lender (if applicable) to manage the expectations of all parties involved.

We use Rushing Law Firm on Hwy 283 in Santa Rosa Beach for many of our Real Estate closings along Hwy 30A. They handle all details professionally and each closing is smooth sailing.
