Bruce is a hellava attorney. He got me my disability for me after another attorney couldn't. His staff is amazing and on top of everything. I am so grateful to have chosen him as my attorney. He also cares deeply for his clients and wants them to win their case, not for himself, but for them.

My experience with Southern Disability Advocates was a blessing. At first I didn't know where to turn for help, so I decided to turn to the Internet. I took a quiz to see if I pre - qualified for disability. A few days later, I here from Southeast Disability Advocates. They was there for any questions I had, and they was there during the whole process. I could never thank them for all they did for me. Thanks again!
Bruce Haught is a great attorney with Southeast Disability Advocates. After 2 denials from Social Security, Bruce worked and got me approved. Very thankful for their help and would refer them to everyone in need of a Disability attorney.

I originally applied and used a different law firm, a well know larger firm...I was turned down and was dropped by that law firm. I reapplied and used Southeast Disability Advocates, with the same injuries, this time my attorney was more involved and helpful...I was approved now. Thank you for their due diligence.

On September 3, 2017, I was 60 and had a stroke. After I got home from the Hospital (three days), I realized that my memory, energy and ability to focus was impaired. I applied for disability with my personally paid (for over 30 years) disability insurance company. I was approved within 60-days of application. I went online to see what I had to do to gain social security disability. It was so complicated, that I almost gave up. My adult son said, call a disability attorney.
I googled the best social security disability attorney in Destin/Miramar Beach, FL. South East Disability Associates came up. I called the Attorney, Mr. Bruce Haught for a free consultation. He saw me right away. I was very hesitant because, I was uncomfortable with dealing with attorney’s. Bruce gave me all the time I needed, to ask every question I had. He was realistic on how the Social Security System really works. More importantly he was realistic in the time it would take, my chances of being approved and my overall costs. I signed up that day.
During the last two years after the stroke, I have had my parathyroid taken out twice, diagnosed with AFIB (to medical procedures), Sleep Apnea and congestive heart failure. Still, the social security system turned me down twice. The team at South East Disability never gave up. They were calm and supportive. I would have given up after the first turn down. I finally had to go in front of a social security judge. She sent me to be evaluated at the Social Security’s expense, by a cognitive expert. About two-months later, close to two-years from when I had my stroke, I was approved for social security disability and Medicare. I received a letter from social security on a Monday saying I was approved. I got a call from Social Security on Thursday letting me know my past payment would be sent as a lump some to the checking account I gave them. Finally I was approved for Medicare in March and payment starting the 4th week of every month.
Thank you South East Disability Associates, thank you Bruce Haught and thank you to all of the organizations team of professionals whom helped along the way. This would not have happened without you all.
