I was told my case would be,"a slam dunk, it shouldn't take long at all." Being excited we decided to pay the large retainer. As weeks turned into months and months turned into a year finally he got me a court date set. This court date was set for 4 months away, not complaining just wish it would be sooner. After the court hearing my entire retainer has been spent and I'm still at square one. Over a year has past and when I asked Mr Knopes why it isn't going the way he had planned or why I have nothing to show for it. I was told "maybe we are at a conflict and I should file a motion to withdraw" I proceeded to ask him why i have nothing to show and he hung up the phone.
