Won't help a disabled person file for disability. Will text you to check you email so they can tell you no.didn't even look at paperwork or see you in person. Guess they ripped off enough people so they don't need money.

After injuring my arm at work the insurance company wanted to prove me at fault rather than start treatment. I was unable to contact the insurance adjuster to get vital information about medical and wages compensation.
A few weeks passed and the bills started to pile up with no return contact from the insurance company.
I finally contacted Michles & Booth out of pure desperation. Not only did they answer every question about workmans comp but they immediately took my case and made contact with the insurance company, managing the surgery approvals and weekly wages.
Every phone call or email with questions or concerns about my case were personally answered very quickly.

Handled a case for me after a car accident. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Geico refuses to pay medical bills that I had coverage for, so I had no choice but to hire representatives. They did a great job for me.

M. Michles the lawyers and paralegal staff lacked communications skills, they don't give status, respond to phone calls or e-mails, not close to 100% satisfied, excellent job not even satisfactory. Not accessible, polite, friendly, wonderful, or very progressive would and have not recommended to family and friends or co-workers. Marcus Michles come across with superior like attitude he tries to bully and talk down to you, some of us have as much or more education just in a different field. Why are Michles & Booth attorneys and employees posting 5 star reviews about how great the firm and Mr. Michles are and how much they care about their clients? Reviewing yourselves makes it look like your deflecting negative reviews and permitting perspective clients to make a hiring decision based on misleading reviews. Most litigation law firms already advertise way too much which is confusing enough without employees reviewing their firm. Don’t you think M&B’s time would be better spent working on client cases and returning calls and e-mails in a timely manner? Looks as if there are more reviews from your employees then from supposed clients, maybe you should go back to your client of the month videos, I am sure there is one of your clients you can get to do it.

I was rear ended badly by a women who was texting while driving. I split my lip open and herniated a disc in my neck. They were able to refer me to amazing doctors and a chiropractor that worked diligently to help me get back to feeling normal. I could not have been happier with my experience with Michles and Booth. Not only did Mr. Michles himself handle my base, but they were also very professional and courteous. They always keep me abreast of the situation with my case without me having to call for updates. All of their staff were a pleasure to deal with and very friendly as well. I wouldn't recommend a single other injury attorney in town!

They denied me a consultation. Never called me back, after five days I called them and they said they emailed me to tell me they would not even see me but I never received an email from them. I would never recommend this law firm if you are trying to appeal a social security disability case.
