I called last Tuesday, February 20 to make an appointment to discuss my Dad's will. I live in South Carolina and thought I would have to be there in person but was offered a phone consultation and it was scheduled for Friday afternoon - February 23. The receptionist could not give me an exact time but I was ok with that as I had taken the week off in case I had to be there in person. I did not receive a phone call on Friday nor has anyone bothered to call from your firm. I wasted Friday afternoon waiting, in fact I wasted the whole week because had I known I could have made an appointment with another firm. I have called several times since Tuesday only to get a recording that the person at that number was unavailable. I have left a message with no response.Very

Update: I received a phone call this evening from Mr. Pipkin who apologized for himself and his staff who is very limited at the moment. We spoke for quite a while and he graciously answered my questions and was very helpful. The fact that he took the time to call himself and apologize, as well as leave a response to my review tells me that he is conscientious and does care about potential clients.
