Mr.Gann has represented me on several occasions with social sercurity disability case and on CRIMINAL legal case both represantation was very poor and he lost every case he took in front the Judge,Mr.Gann does not take his clients case serious enough,when you give him info that can help your case he poorly presents the info,he had not done no research or figured out ways to best strategized the case for me as a client,he didn't present all evidence on one of my cases he tried for my son,when I go in Gann office talking telling him things that maybe can help me he would look straight ahead while I'm talking like he were very least concern about what I was saying to him regarding the case,this last case he represented he charged me 1000.00 to go to trial for my son, his representation was so weak and poor,while in court, I feel the cross examined was poor, he didn't have a strong defense of questions prepared at all, not one time he tried to assure me or my son he will get out and he's doing much as he can to help him, I was so hurt and disappointed, he did none of that, my son asked him while the trial was going in court was he going to get out Mr.Gann told my son no....so if he's doing all he can as my son ATTORNEY to represent him how will he b able to say no.....what that tell a client he's not really trying or working in their behalf,he will promise things he's going to do for as preparing your case when it comes time to do those things he say I think we ready and prepared, get in court every case he took before a Judge for me he lost the case.....all he can make sure and strongly make sure is the whole pymnt is made before the court date that's his main concern really not the client and their representation.....YOU WANT A STRONG DEFENSE ATTORNEY OR LEGAL REPRESENTATION ON BEHALF OF SELF OR FAMILY (HES NOT THE ATTORNEY) I WILL NEVER PERSONALLY USE HIM AGAIN FOR NO LEGAL ASPECT!!!
