I feel a lawyer who violates attorney client privelege should not be allowed to practice law. I would be very wary about telling this man anything as he may disclose it publicly as he has done in the past. Be aware and seek alternatives.

Excellent Defense Attorney. Upon our first interaction I could tell Mr. Dees was knowledgeable, not only about the law side of things, but also the political side of things. Mr. Dees has experience, from which he did not share with me, but it was easy to observe throughout; he was confident and never had to second guess a decision. He always had my best interest in mind, but allowed me to make decisions and would prepare regardless of what it was. He will give his honest legal opinion. God forbid I need a lawyer again, but Mr. Dees will be the man for the job nonetheless.

As a single father of an amazing 4 year old little girl, I was stressed to the max. I had been arrested for a DUI which can include up to 6 months jail time. How do you explain this to a 5 year old? I was comforted by witnessing Mr. Dees authoritatively speak with the state attorney, supervisor, and more as he mixed in the occasional head nod in my direction. Then it happens. The state wants to take this to trial and I was now presented with the risks involved. I had to make a decision. Yes, let's take it to trial. We chose to take it all the way. I type this review today, 3 days before my trial date, to thank Mr. Dees and his staff. The state is no longer interested in going to trial and I was given a very good plea deal. My voice will not be shaky tonight while reading a bedtime story to my little girl. Thank you for everything.

Let me tell you about Robert Dees. In my house we refer to him as Johnny Cochran. I was raised in a family of judges and lawyers and have never been so equally impressed with one person's ability in the courtroom setting. He did for me what 9 other very highly recommended lawyers in Pensacola FL said would be impossible. Mr. Dees was phenomenal from the get go. I had met with a few attorneys prior to him, but shortly after meeting him we knew that he was the right lawyer for the job. He is extremely personable and easy to talk to, but also isn't afraid to call you out on your nonsense which is exactly what I was looking for.
