My cousin recommend me him but he never answers.
Also I dislike the way he talks about the judges he faces and how hes thinks he's the best lawyer out They're.
He DOES NOT return any of your calls/ text/ emails etc...
He says he'll call you back but never does.
They feed you lies And say everythings ok when its not
He lies and says he'll help you till the end but when the time comes he'll withdraw from your case and say its because of lack of communication??? Aweful lawyer. Very dissapointed
I came to Rafael at one of the worse times of my life. I knew nothing about family violence cases so I consulted with Rafael. He was magnanimous with his time, generous with his knowledge and straight forward with his talk. He cut through all the legal-speak and broke it down for me, outlining what is the law, what is the norm and what are my options. He was far more concerned about what was best for me and what I needed than hooking me in for his services. A good man and a credit to his profession.
I firmly believe a person's character is on display when there truly is nothing in 'at stake' for someone to do good and they choose to do good anyway. When I needed a legal perspective, he reached out and said 'call me.' He was spot-on with his advice, even going as far to suggest a couple of resources he knew of that I was unaware of. Good man, good character, great legal perspective.
He was very confident and committed to my legal defense. I felt good knowing that he was fighting for me. Result was outstanding and I would recommend Rafael to anyone.
2. Learn how to properly return a email/ phone call in a timely manner.
3. No court notifications EVER.
4. Has no complaints on state bar ........do the math.......
5. Horrible website.
Reviews get reactions and are practice of Freedom of Speech. 150$ from the county should make you reconsider your current position within law. Only interactions with this person were all negative from the start. Any lawyer who is willing to call and complain about a google review should not be a "professional arguer" as stated within conversation.
