I can be fiery and a difficult person to work with, especially when I’m emotional and it’s easy to feel helpless and alone in these situations. This law firm was the only one willing to help me when I knew I had been wrongfully sued. Because it’s uncommon for people to seek representation for a small claims case no one else would help me. But thanks to Mr. Bourlon and the immense help of his right hand man Ben, my wrongful judgement was appealed and will be overturned. Bobby and his staff work as a team doing there homework flawlessly which in return justice is serviced. My case was the poster child of what Law Suit abuse is. Thomas j Henry and his law firm should be ashamed of them self's hopefully something or someone puts a stop to it. After receiving my hand delivered divorce decree without my divorce decree inside then being promised it in the mail on two more occasions I went in to the firm to find out that they didn't have it. They made me a copy and sent me across the street to the courthouse to get it stamped for what they said a mere $1. Realization. They had to copy the all forms then stamp, $11.

Absolutely horrible attorney. Completely submissive to the system and local judges with little to no regard to protecting his clients' rights under current Texas family law. If you are looking for an attorney that is coasting to retirement and not willing to fight for your rights then this is definitely your best choice. BUT, if you want someone that will listen to your concerns and fight for you, keep looking.

He was a great attorney he really listened to the the thoughts that I had and made great suggestions on how to incorporate those thoughts and move forward in my case. I will be using him in the future if I ever need another attorney.

I want everyone to know, that i along with another woman was wrongfully terminated after being accused of having an affair with Mr Bourlon as of November 2016 by his wife Gracie Bourlon.Yes he has had other affairs but that is disgusting, after we have went out of our way to take him to court and mediation and had to nurture him with carrying his cases and coffee and jacket.Never paid for gas but because his jacket was left in the trunk of another employees car we were accused of having an affair and no chance of ecplaining or questioning, just let go. Right before the holidays no concern for our families. Although he would make sexual comments and text at 2 and 3 am, i would never wreck a marriage and due to this my kids will have to have a late christmas. Personally working there was so nerve wrecking and stressful and very underpaid...please be aware unless your a woman that is attracked by him your case is put in the back burner..
