Andy Alfonso is a very knowledgeable real estate attorney, and he has assisted me with complicated real estate arrangements and agreements as well as closing over 15 loans for me over the past 12 years. He is very personable and professional, and he always has the best candy in his lobby waiting room. I rate him 5 stars out of possible 5!

There is a lady by the name of Theresa who handled out deed, she was the most unconcern person.. I had my Deed prepared back in Feb 2016.. And today is 8/9/2016 and I still haven't received them. She let my Deed sit in her office about 3 months til I called and checked the status of my Deed. We verified my into from the day I called so why didn't she called? Dunno!! But I spoke with her today to find my Deed is still in the office and she still didn't have the decency to call and say NOTHING, and while she's on the phone she was rude, annoyed and impatient... Will never deal with this place again if I have to spend extra money elsewhere I will cause this was very unacceptable, and she gone ask me "well what do you want me to say?" I said apologize..and she chuckled...
