It has been a long and hard fight to get the benefits that I rightly deserve but due to the professionalism and knowledge of Mr. Burrell I found out yesterday that I was approved. I would like to thank Mr. Burrell for his hard work and commitment to my case that allowed us to prevail. Anyone who is looking for a great social security attorney I would strongly recommend Andrew Burrell. He will get the job done! Job well done!

Called for a form to file a claim almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I know it doesn't take that long to place a form in an envelope and put it in a mailbox. No reason for such a delay. I have enough heartache at this time in my life, don't need the added stress.

I obtained Mr. Burrell as my attorney 4 years ago to assist me in a lawsuit against an establishment. After meeting with him and signing a contract, he assured me that if needed he would take the establishment to court. After speaking with him a few more times on the phone I was continuously assured that everything was looking good. Later it was implied that the establishment's insurance broker "took the money and ran," and that Mr. Burrell wasn't going to "investigate that." Nearly 3 years later I still have not had any resolve with my case. When calling to request action and updates on my case I was met with his increased frustration and limited availability, sometimes with him abruptly ending our phone calls. Eventually he did set me up with a deposition. I then requested to either have the establishment taken to court or at the very least have them served with a deposition, both of which were refused contradicting what I was told at the outset my retaining of his services. After much back and forth I was pressured to accept a menial settlement nowhere close to balancing out the expense of the mandatory major surgery that was a result of the initial lawsuit. When I questioned and protested the amount, it was implied that if I chose to not accept the settlement a lien nearly three times the amount of the proposed settlement would be put on my case and that it would be nearly impossible for me to find legal assistance elsewhere. I feel its unfortunate that the situation has come to this point and I feel that as a consumer it is my responsibility to just truthfully share the experience I had with Mr. Burrell and his staff.

I've known Andrew for a bit. If you need something taken care of that has to do with the law, Andrew is the man for you.

Andrew got a full settlement for me and my passenger however there was less insurance by the at fault driver than what my total bills added up to. He worked with the medicals to get a compromise on the billing and still managed to have some for my pocket. After that he asked for permission to request a settlement for underinsured motorist from my company and told me he felt he could get that. I had never heard of that and thought it would issues with my insurance company but he gave me assurances and I agreed. Well lo and behold he got that accomplished as well!! He was factual and efficient and I am more than pleased. When all is said and done I'd rather have a great lawyer than a lawyer that's trying to be overly friendly, although he is very nice. Hopefully nobody else will ram into my car again but if so I'll be calling Andrew again...no question!!!

I had a meeting with Mr Burrell and I found him to be refreshingly honest and obviously knows what he was talking about. I ended up getting medicine and able to get back to work thank GOD and didn’t end up needing. I’m just glad there are people like him that care enough to get in that profession. He got me an appointment so quickly I was very impressed.

I have been Mr. Burrells Private Investigator (Trident Investigation Group)for over a year. He is one of the hardest working Attorneys in the state. He goes out of his way for his clients. As well as making them feel comfortable and putting them at ease in their greatest time of need and the staff are extremely knowledgeable especially Eden. Great lawyer doesnt talk much but if you leave him be and let him work he will definetly get the job done i talked to him maybe four times in a year process and he had my case resolved very easily and hassle free,the only thing that took so long was keystone medical trying not to cooperate with him but he sure put them in their place

i don't do reviews but i had to for this one. just to let people know how unprofessional this place is and how rude this guy is. i have multiple things to say just how unprofessional this place is. we did not get to when it was only my party in the building, while she was busy on the phone chanting to a friend we waited for at least five minutes just to get told to hold on a minute while she continued to talked to friend again on the phone. she finally came to us. we were a couple minutes early for out appointment just for him to be late. Then to be waiting again on him while he is on the phone with a teacher. For him to tell my father to quit yelling (which he just talks loud,hard hearing) then for him to be so rude and to raise his voice louder was so unacceptable. unless you want someone to pick battles with your kids teacher i would not recommend him to anyone!
