I as a mother of 4 have to be on my own now because of there mistakes and slowliness pfff......just heads up Do not ever sign a voluntary departure if you don’t have an interview abroad yet... they will tell you it’s nothing to worry about and it’s a quick process which is not true bcz it takes nvc 3-8 months to even get u an interview if you’re lucky :/ I had a feeling since before he even had court and was begging lawyer to get an extension but he refused bcz supposedly it was going to take longer for his case to close so that’s why he made him go for voluntary departure and there he is while lawyers don’t do anything anymore... lawyer just says now it’s a waiting game that requires a lot of patience

Then they call you saying that your case its behind to bring more Documents ASAP when they take their sweet time and I mean months to take a look again at your case. A 1 to 2 year process case its turning into a 3 year who knows maybe 4. Im so disappointed. They give you the option of a payment plan. Don’t know why if they will start working on your case after you finish paying them. And that’s a year later. Will never use them again and will never recommend them. All this promotion for them on tv and adds its just bull

I had court on 10/30/17 and no one answered the phone for the judge, now the court will no longer allow video calls for my case and someone has to physically show up at court in Memphis on my next court date and Anderson Orozco wants me to pay for them to go to Memphis when it's their fault they didn't answer the phone for the judge. I asked them what guarantee they could give me that they would show up and they said they couldn't give me one.
