A lawyer’s duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions and in an abundance of caution I do not feel at liberty to respond in a point by point fashion in this forum. Suffice it to say that I do not believe that these posts present a fair and accurate picture of the events. We also have two reviews from people who have never been to our office.

The staff is unprofessional and disorganized. But they were all young and pretty. The lawyer talks down to you. He texted me that he didn't "have time to go through" the documents I had provided (that his staff requested) and that I should "do my homework". Excuse me, but that's what HE gets paid to do. One of the worst experiences I have had in years. DO NOT GO HERE.

I found Mr. Alvaro Martinez to be a very helpful and competent attorney. I went to him at a very difficult time and he gave me good advice and his services were excellent. Mr Martinez represented me ona crimi al matter...i tgink he did a great job...when i would call his office he would call me back..which most attorneys do t..i was pleased with results.

He failed to show up not once but twice to court. He has an incredibly false sense of self. He goes out of his way to make people feel stupid. The purest sign of someone with incredibly low self esteem. He did nothing for me. Did little to nothing to represent me. He continually asked the same question and accused me of not providing answers when in actuality he just didn't like it. He refused to give me any refund even though he provided nothing.

He cares none and represents little. I challenge more folks to write a review. Surely me and the other person who wrote one are not the only ones he's wronged.

Had an appointment with him to discuss what we wanted to file and right when he started asking questions he was VERY rude!!! Every question we asked he answered with a smart remark and as if we were stupid. I told him sir we are asking questions cause we don't know there's no reason to be rude. Then he started saying how he got chewed out the day before by a trustee and how they were getting very strict and blah blah blah. That was no excuse to treat us the way he did!!!! It was as if he was taking his frustration out on us and we were NOT going to deal with a lawyer like that!!!
