The turned down my case and everyone else I looked at has agreed to take it thank goodness. They took a very long time getting back with me which caused me to waste a lot of time. All I needed to do was transfer from Louisiana.

I was denied initially and at appeal and was scared that I wouldn’t get the help I needed. I didn’t know what I would do otherwise. I was told that they would handle everything, and they truly did. They gathered all my records and met with me to prepare for court. When before the judge (who was pretty aggressive by the way), it was evident that she had thoroughly done her homework! She knew my records extremely well and argued on my behalf in an intelligent and confident manner, winning my case. I was very impressed and satisfied, and I would recommend her to anyone. Hey I am Dalton I have a Brain injury. When Davis-Morris said they would get all records do everything.
I told them ok. We headed back home.I said that want last before they calling tell me to do this and that.

I saw her twice out of almost 3 years. She did her job, I don’t really like crystals attuide, and she seems to be the only one answering the phone. Malita is super nice and reassuring that Ms. Morris will do the best she can. I think that they could do better with proper phone etiquette. If malita answered all the time I’m sure I would have felt better.
