I contacted this law firm for a lemon law case. I received one email from Rick Dalton asking for all information about my purchase and repairs. I sent them everything and did not hear back at all. I have left repeated messages and emails with no follow up. It has been over a month and I cannot contact anyone but an answering service.

I called Mr Dalton and within an hour and after hours he called me back. Great start!!!!

Email charges $600 and $150 for his
Legal aid. On top of you doing all
The work yourself! He was suppose
To represent me in a case, signed all
The paper work and sent the receipts
And pictures never heard back! He was always
Out of town. (Go figure)The assistants never know
What’s going on poor lady or poor man different people answer phone!!

I have been unable to get a callback from Mr. Dalton's office. I like others have experienced several occasions of calling their answering service and leaving messages over the past month. It has seemed to be a recent issue (for me personally). I am in limbo on trading my defective vehicle awaiting a call from his office. I am disappointed that he solicited my business via postcard and then be unale to have a quick 5 minute conversation with a paralegal in their office. I hope he can redeem and address this issue. It only takes 5 minutes to e-mail, text, call or advise next steps to keep someone happy. I also signed the fee agreement and don't even know if I can get new legal counsel.

I tried to get in contact with this attorney multiple times and never received a call back . He was extremely unprofessional in that regard. I called another attorneys office and was seen that very same day. I would not believe the hype with this firm. They are extremely unprofessional.

We did two VW case with Rick Dalton, one of them had bad AC and i asked it will cost me $1500 to fix, since i am returning this car should i repair and get reimbursed. He said "go ahead and fix it and send my office the invoice i will add to the case. i have proofs of the text, chat log and paper trail. at the end he said "it was not part of our agreement"- vant do anything. Lawyers will always comes up with another lie. watch if he answers to this note; he will just destroy my complain. he will never regrade how he cheated me.

I've used Rick for several cases and have found him very comfortable to use.

Total waste of my time. They have an operator answering the phone. She took down all of my information and said she would have someone call me. Nobody ever called. I do not appreciate my personal information being collected, and I don't even get so much as a courtesy call back from the lawyer at least saying he's not interested. Tired of lawyers doing me this way.
