The staff were most helpful with a variety of personal needs from assistance with land surveys, title searches, transfer of ownership, and even last will and testament issues for elderly family members. I would leave less than a one star if it were possible. The city of Florence can do much better than David Ringer. Other attorneys may rate him highly but as one of the people he serves, I'm truly disappointed.

This is a joke of a Law Firm. Mr. Ringer and his staff could not be any more unprofessional or rude. Fail to produce any sort of order in a timely matter.

Kim, who does the loan closings, is the most unprofessional lady (well, I wouldn't call her a lady) I've ever dealt with in this business and I've been a part of many loan closings. She cusses like a sailor, gives you the run around,cand talks about the other people in her office behund their backs TO THE CLIENTS! Anytime I try to talk with her or someone in the office, I get the run around. They have not a clue about real estate law.

David Ringer is an unscrupulous attorney representing the State of MS. My experience was approximately 10-11 years ago wherein he fails to or rather does not honor legal documents produced in discovery when it is not to his advantage. Also, he does not care about rightful heirs of an estate or correcting documents or even listening to a client. He has no ethics. I would not recommend him because he is about the money ONLY.

Staff can't get information correct on a simple quitclaim deed to save their lives after four tries and four times telling them exactly where the errors in the LEGAL document are. Send documents to the wrong address then call and harass that they need the documents signed, notarized, and returned yesterday. Don't answer concerns about errors in the document (isn't that fraud?). I hope the attorneys in the office are more competent than their staff!

As with the previous review, Chris is correct. I felt more like he was in it for the amount of money he charges than my best interest. Once you send a retainer, it is like he has a blank check to bill you. I agreed to one fee, didn't get what I asked for and was billed twice what he quoted.

Unprofessional, rude, and charge more than necessary. Highly recommend NOT! Using ringer. Take the time and find a better attorney. One that will take your best interest in mind. Not his pockets.
