First off most of the time my lawyer was late. He never read anything of the reports other than the charges. He had me plea guilty to a charge I wasn't guilty of then after it was over he gave me the file and it stated plain as day that the evidence had been destroyed almost 3 years prior to the plea by the officer in the arresting officers own handwritten report. The DA has some kind of confused sense of Justice where
that was concerned. If you are unfortunate enough to get Alan Smith he just wants off of your case as fast as possible. He won't fight for anything if he even shows up. He won't listen to your side. He won't even hear what happened from you. Just what the da has to say and that guy wasn't even there he's going by hearsay himself.
