Spoke with Ms. Hebert briefly, attempted to explain details as she kept interrupting mid sentence, in a raised tone, only to ask me questions that she had interrupted the answers. Maybe she had to much coffee this morning but is a bit hyper and very rude. Would not recommend, VERY Un professional
