I got a speeding ticket in June I had heard of miss Monique from a friend. I highly recommend her. The officer had remembered me and I thought that was the end of this case but somehow miraculously miss Monique was still able to dismiss my ticket!! Unless you consider defensive driving and paying $115 court costs a win, look elsewhere.
Hired for 2 citations and her office was unable to get either dismissed, instead entering a nolo plea and requesting defensive driving for both cases. Obviously no office can guarantee a dismissal, but 0/2?
On the positive side, they kept me informed well enough and their client portal seems to function well.

** WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BAD EMPLOYEES ***I went to this law firm for a citation and ended up with a $500 warrant.
I chose this law firm because it had good reviews but as it turns out it was not enough. I called today to inquire as to why I had a warrant when I paid them to take care of a citation and they never sent any notification with any indications. The person that took my call asked why I took so long to follow up and I explained that as per her employee, I would be contacted if any further action was required if not that it meant it was taken care of. The woman I spoke further went on to saying that there was nothing they could do and that they weren't going to take any responsibility because they had "cleaned house" recently making it no longer their problem. As a business you are responsible for your employees and what goes on in your business. My recommendation: BE AWARE and make sure you stay on them even if they say it is not necessary.

I had about 4 cases at once for Monique and her team (Becky, Gladys, and Isabel) to handle and they did a great job! They always answered the phone whenever I called as well as patiently answered all my non-legal-expert questions. Also, soon after the last case was dismissed Becky gave me a call that evening just to let me know as she was aware that i was anxious to hear what had happened. That was a nice thoughtful gesture on her part.
Another good thing was all correspondence was done remotely through the MyCase site, which was VERY convenient as i work fairly long hours and it would have been difficult to go meet/discuss the case detail in person.
Overall i was very satisfied with their legal support and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Monique and Team!

Monique got all of my tickets dismissed and I never had to worry because I was updated throughout the whole process. The staff was friendly and the price was amazing. Very fair price to pay for peace of mind and to get all of my tickets dismissed as well as my fiances dissmissed. The process was quick and over the phone. I never had to go anywhere and was always able to login to the client portal where I could see updates and the current status of my case. Truly an amzing service I highly reccomend to anyone!

As much as I try to drive the speed limit I still end up reviving a speeding ticket every 3-5 years lol. I work a home health job so I am constantly on the road and tend to speed to my next patients house is I am running late due to traffic, etc. Anyways excuses don’t matter but what does matter is Monique Velarde Reyes is amazing and has managed to dismiss every one of my tickets. Her office keeps me informed with every detail and even when I am willing to take the consequences of drivers ed or paying a fine she managed to get my last (hopefully) speeding ticket dismissed. Great Attorney! Handled my traffic ticket case all the way through and had it dismissed. I had been fighting it as "not guilty" since January 2019. Monique is so good! I had a lawyer Ignacio Estrada and he was a joke. Did not show up for two hearings. So I decided to fire him and ask Monique for help and in one hearing she did the best she could and got me the a fair deal .Plus she charge me one third of what the other lawyer was asking.

It took a year for Monique Reyes firm to get to the end result of defensive driving and paying all the court cost. In order to get any info they wanted me to go and sign up on some website which they said they would send me a link to multiple times which never happened even after they double checked my email info. Person on phones seemed like it was a bother for him to do his job. If I could rate them any lower I would. My advice would be to find anyone else to handle your case or go to court and handle it yourself the end result will still be better.

Made an appointment at 9am. She was a no show. They didn’t tell me until I got there. I drove from the east side. They also said the day before if I didn’t show or have to reschedule for any reason there would be a 50 dollar fee. I guess now she owes me 50 dollars for wasting my time?? She just lost a client.
