Great Attorney I like his style.

WORST OFFICE OF SO CALLED ATTORNEYS! If I could select zero stars I would. Who do these people think they are?? Awful heartless cold hearted soulless creatures work there.

I would give this nasty mouth, rude attitude, despicable person NEGATIVE stars if possible. People beware: just because a person can pass a semi-complex test, obtain a license to practice, does not make them a GOOD attorney. He is a big ball of attitude and nastiness all rolled in one.

This man is soooo nasty & rude... he’s a get over & all about money.. When he get to Hell I think the Devil will leave... he’s unethical!!!

If I can rate this attorney Bankston and his attitude it will be a negative 10. If you want respect you give respect. When this man called me back he had a attitude from jump. I asked why do you have a attitude I am just asking a question to pay my account in full instead of having a garnishment taken out. His reply well how much can you pay I say the balance that is owed, that wasnt good enough for him(money hungry). I asked when was I served his reply in 2014 in your hand. I am like when, where because alot has happened since then. Before I knew it I flashed out on him. For one you being stupid & rude at the same time I can't deal with ppl like that all about money. He is very miserable if you have a attitude once you open your mouth. Ppl might say we should get treated like this because he is sueing us, thats not a right way to conduct business you are in the wrong profession. So with that being said I let a person that is miserable bring me out my character and all the negative reviews is so true about Bankston. Will never ever send or deal with a place like this ever if I had a choice.

If I could give him a zero I would. Honestly I didn’t owe the money I had to pay. Comes over with no itemized invoice just a figure. Very disrespectful and rude.

I think HE forgets that not ever case is a cut dry situation. Some of us got screwed into the debt in question and do not deserve to be treated like low life non paying debtors. Richard is ludacris and cares only about the bottom line and not all the paragraphs in between. His ethics are a disgrace to the legal system. The laws were not created to abuse but to create justice. Justice does not include disrespectful tones, shouting, demeaning insults or belittling.

First the 1 star was given so i could post a review.i dont know how he is allowed to practice law at all.very very rude and cruel with his words.he is a debt collector i get that but totally heartless and demeaning to me.trying to garnish my minimum wage money on a 5 year old 800 dollar debt while he drives a benz.also a liar i paid him 500 3 years ago as settlement which he know says he has no record of.i lost mine in a house fire so back to getting messed over by this predator.what a disgrace and disservice to lsu where he studied.

This is a rude nasy person he doesn't give you a chance to say anything regardless if you owe are not doesn't give you a right to talk to you anyway he wants

I share the position that he is nasty and very rude. It doesn't matter if a person is being sued he should be able to hold a decent, respectful, and professional conversation with the public. He lacks class.

I think folks forget he represents his client's interest. I work with a finance company and have been dealing with his office for over 2 1/2 years now. He's always been the utmost professional. He is meticulous in his methods. He does everything fairly and by the book. Unfortunately that probably doesn't work for the people whose accounts he is trying to collect.

Richard Bankston is honestly a very horrible person and his staff isn't any better.. unprofessional and rude!

Richard is the most understanding, gentle, and kind person; he is also quite funny. This is a fabulous place to work. The persons complaining about him are persons who do not understand that he has a job to do for his clients; does not have time to hear what you think of him personally; and is information based. He works hard for his clients and gets results.

I've had the very unfortunate luck of having to interact with this miserable human, Richard D. Bankston. It is clear that he has ZERO respect for his fellow humans, regardless of what terms the business interaction may be. He was by far THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING, RUDE, AND NASTY person that I've ever encountered (all of this conveyed in a one minute phone call in which I was basically hung up on). I hope his employees (who actually seemed rather decent), are not poisoned by his toxic and hostile demeanor. All I can say is he needs prayers, and perhaps some anger management therapy. What an absolute awful experience. Shame on you Richard D. Bankston. I have a hard time believing you are contributing anything good to this world. You are a sad representation of your fellow attorneys.

This so called Attorney has such a nasty disposition. He is very unethical and it's ashame that these local mom and pop credit companies use his services.

The people who are posting negative ratings are probably the people he is suing. He is a collection attorney, he is not supposed to hold your hand while you cry on his shoulder about all your problems. The truth is he is a great attorney who gets great results for HIS CLIENTS!

Awesome place to work

I don't see how anyone could deal with this attorney he is VERY RUDE and has a nasty ATTITUDE you can't ask him any question without him being condescending. I would never recommend him to anyone. He doesn't even deserve the 1 star.

This man has a nasty attitude and got upset because I simply asking him questions about my case. Would not recommend him to anyone.
