Unorganized. Right before each hearing I was asked to provide documentation of notes I had written, journal, and messages which I had dropped off to his office before hand. Suave to say the least. There was a conflict of interest from the very beginning when he said he basically believed everything that came out of my exes mouth. If you don’t want to be just another pile of paperwork stacked high on his desk , then don't hire Brian !

Do NOT hire Brian if you want to be treated with respect! I made that mistake 3 years ago and still regret it daily! He NEVER protected my rights or the rights of my son. Now $9,000 later and he just drug the case along, never giving a crap about me or my son's best interest.. Only his own! BE WARNED!!!

Wasn't surprised when I read he had an unethical relationship with a female client and was almost disbarred, he is a petty unethical man, Southern university isn't known for producing good lawyers anyways... Google him before you hire him... Terrible lawyer!
