We were referred to Mr. Williams as an Attorney to represent us in adopting our daughter. I have to say that we have never experienced such an outstanding demeanor. From customer service to making each step happen he and his paralegal Janet were on top of it all. I can not say enough about how professional, knowledgeable and over all best of the best this Attorney and his team are. We HIGHLY recommend him!
John William's was hired as an attorney ad litem in a custody battle between my exhusband and me. From the beginning this attorney showed little to no professionalism and no real commitment but I was not familiar in any way with the legal system and I did not know what to expect. Time and time again, he would not do what he said he would and he consistently missed deadlines in spite of the fact that he asked and was paid immediately. At some point he scheduled a home interview after business hours and NEVER showed up. My family and I waiting for hours and neither him nor his secretary had the decency to let us know he was not coming. When i demanded an explanation and received an answer that he was busy, I related to his secretary how disrespectful he had been by not letting us know he was not showing up. What he did in turn was retaliate against me in my case because i protested his lack of professionalism without the decency to explain. I have always had high expectations of anyone who provides a service, including of myself.What he did brought me to a different level of perspective. I saw that he could do a lot of damage because I questioned him. I also saw the type of person and professional he is. He retaliated against me and said things that were not true because I demanded to be treated with respect and dignity. He managed to tarnish and destroy my case because he was the ad litem. I heard him lie in front of a judge and paint a very different picture as to the person that I am. I don't want another person to go through the same thing. It has taken me a long time to pick myself up from the damage this attorney did to me and that is why I decided to let people know my story so that you can get a glimpse of what he put me through and so that you can see the type of person, the type of attorney, and the level of integrity he clearly demonstrated.
