This woman, supposedly a lawyer, charged us 275.00 to consult. She did not make a lot of sense. We asked her how much it would cost to retain her. She had to ask her BOSS, and said she would call us. We made several calls to her and she never returned our calls. Do not waste your time on this one! Not very reliable!

She told me she was willing to take the case and would email me fees. Never got the email and had to call multiple time to be told a week later she wasn’t taking the case. Don’t waste your time or money

Too long to even type! In a nutshell : She over charged , didn’t actively listen , we repeated and gave info over and over , rude , talked over you. She claimed there was little hope to receive child custody/ negative , however we Basically had to demand for an offer to be presented to get custody before taking it to court. Shortly after that she dropped us as a client a month before going to court . We soon heard back from the office back (after she dropped us) that the other party did consent and signed our agreement (avoiding court) which we had to make her push out. We have had custody of the children now for four years. She at the time advised us we could modify the orders in Texas, but did not inform us the child support could not be modified, which was left vague and open w no set amount in the orders she typed up. We are now going through hoops to get this in place bc the kids no longer reside in NM last 4 and transferred out of state when we received custody .

I have had Mrs. Brownfield as my lawyer for my case an she has done a great job with my case she has looked into my situation and found things I was not aware of and I was able to call her when I needed her. She is very good at what she does and is not afraid to speak what has to be said. She is currently my lawyer and would not changed it for nothing

I retained Ms. Brownfield for my divorce. However, she did not help me at all. Every question I asked, was responded with a negative answer. I felt like I had no legal alternative except to let him have everything. I did not feel like she even cared if I lost everything. I did not have her as my attorney very long.
