I filed the petition I130 for my husband last year, got the approval notice in the mail a few months after. Said I would recieve my NVC bills in about a month or so, Fischer law firm received my NVC bills and never contacted us so we could continue the process. Unfortunately husband got arrested for no drivers license, and was put on ICE hold. I contacted his office trying to reach him he was out of the country, his daughter took over but didn’t do anything to get him out. Was asking for 1500 to request a bond..Thank God we found someone who went out of his way to help me & my husband out, and managed to get him out without asking for money upfront.
