I've known Mr. Hart for several decades and over the years, because I've always found him to be honest and forthright, I've sought his advice and engaged him on real estate legal matters, i.e., closings/HUD documents, title searches, and deed transfers, and most recently Wills and Trust Fund issues. I've found him to be very professional and knowledgeable in these areas and have been very pleased with his work product. There are many attorneys in my area (near Houston) but because I know I can trust him to steer me in the right direction, I'll continue to call on Mr. Hart for legal advice and/or representation, if needed.

I was appointed to represent Mr. Childress on May 6, 2015 in an Attorney General child support case. The State was seeking to find him in contempt and place him in jail for up to 180 days. The Motion filed by the State states that he owes over $78,000.00 and had paid only $400.00 in the last 7 years. Such Motion is public record. I contacted the client and set up a time for him to come in to discuss the case. Mr. Childress and his wife, Heather Childress, came to my office on or about May 22, 2015. I listened to what both he and his wife had to say regarding his inability to pay child support and reviewed various documents. I gave them my opinion of what the Judge would do. Mrs. Childress became argumentative and left, with Mr. Childress following.

This case has not gone to trial. All I did was offer my opinion, based on what I reviewed and heard. I have doing these type cases for a very long time, and am not the type to allow a client to go into Court without an understanding of what probably will happen. I gave an honest opinion of what I felt the Judge would do, based on my knowledge of years of child support cases. There was never any discussion regarding their child's SSI benefits, and Mrs. Childress now claims that she never wrote that part in the Google review.

Mr. and Mrs. Childress are clearly entitled to their opinion. However, all that has happened at this point is that I gave my opinion of the probable result of the case. They didn't like my opinion. The Google review by Mrs. Childress is inappropriate and needed to be addressed.

Clearly NOT an attorney you want to use for family court, admitted he was personal friends with the judge and had no interest in assisting his client since he was getting paid regardless.Does not believe what is in the best interest of children even disabled ones, only what is in the best interest of the court. Candidly stated that even if you are a paraplegic if you can't pay child support you should and will go to jail. Asked why we couldn't give our disabled daughter's ssi check over for child support! Seems to be a delusional perhaps senile man who thinks someone can hold a job as a cook when they only have the use of one arm?! DON'T waste your time with this bottom feeder!
