I just heard of this lawyer and .I heard she is really good about helping people thinking about giving her office a call.

Ms Day was friendly, helpful and her staff is very knowledgeable. We thank her and her staff for all their help.

when you seek council, you have this false sense of security with hope it's now a level playing field, having this intelligent, hard working person with all the knowledge of the law that's needed to help your case. Unfortunately this is not what i experienced.
It's apparent (from the comment section) not everyone is treated equally or received the same services or courtesy from this office.
mrs. day seemed to have it all figured out, only when I stood in court I realized she's not helping AT ALL she just sat there (she would've collected had I won) not sure what she was doing, not her job.
I found a good law firm from out of town, and the difference was obvious.
In conclusion my advice

Hired Her, never met her, Right before Hearing. I was pawned off on another Attorney.. Whom I never met.. The new Attorney talked about her disabilities and suggested I go look for work.... Arrrrggg!!! Really? Im applying for disability and your telling me to go work...

Walking in you automatically felt welcome. I forgot the name of the dark haired female that i saw. I think she was the lawyers assistant. She was very helpful and put me at ease. It felt good to be able to have someone to speak with who can relate.

Just called this place to get help on a disability claim. Whoever answered the phone was rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be bothered. Very unprofessional. It’s bad enough that people call this place for help and the untrained rude staff sound so bothered and inconvenienced with the call. I just told the girl who answered the phone she had a bad attitude and thanked her for her time and hung up. Would not recommend this joke of a place to anyone. This lawyer really needs to train her staff on how to communicate with people.

Staff is rude. Kathleen doesnt even care to talk to the client. She pawns you off on the staff then when you try to question her about her practices she wont answer. Do not hire her if you know whats good for you. Find a better attorney, any OTHER attorney would be better.

When we got her to represent us in our disability case, she didn't do anything to help us. We had to do all the leg work and then she didn't help us out at all. I am very dissatisfied with her services she offers. Her staff were nice and easy to talk to, but unfortunately that doesn't change how we were let down.
