I called to see about bonding my brother out. I told the lady upfront I didn't know how the process worked cause I've never done this before. At first she was polite and told me to call back so she could run a background check first so that I wouldn't have to make that drive. When I called back she was busy and asked me to give her a few minutes. I called back 20 minutes later and she was very ugly. Told me she wouldn't take the bond cause she was busy with other people needing to be bonded out and that she had "told me" she would call me back. Well #1 she never even asked my name nor phone number and #2 she asked me to call back not that she'd call me. Then while I was trying to apologize and tell her I thought she wanted me to call back she hung up on me. Great way to run a business. Even if in the end she didn't want to still do to hang up when I was trying to apologize to her was very rude and unprofessional .

They help and we're there for my family were the best I would and have told everyone I know that there the one's to call hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do need help like this again they will be the only one I call

The name speaks for itself. This company made me feel like family, when I finished the deal I had to do nothing but pick up my boy.I just pulled up to parking lot at the jail and he walked out the door. I never got out the car. Thanks.

This was the first place I called & I would never consider them after talking to them. The guy on the phone was pretty much clueless. Then while I was speaking he would randomly put me on hold without warning & even hung up on me as well. Then the owner I presume... Doug got on the phone in the background & told me that they would have me arrested if the person I was bailing out didn't show up for court. (which I found out later is not even accurate.) I would not waste your time.

Overnight employee had great personality & was very helpful in providing us with information needed...

This was the only place that answered at 3-4am. The lady was very nice and explained to me what I needed to do since ive never dealt with bailing someone out before. I had a lot of questions and she was very helpful. The only complaint is that she didn't tell me that there is an app that the person I bailed out had to have as soon as he got out in order to check in with the bail bond place. It was corrected without incident. Hopefully I never nees this service again but if I do then I would definitely use EZ Out Bail Bonds again.

I needed to help a loved one out and EZ Out Bail Bonds did the job in less than 10 min! I had been calling around for about an hour and NO ONE answered the phone although they claimed to be 24 hours! LIES!!! I even spoke with an agency this morning and she dodged my calls after 5pm?! CALL EZ OUT BAIL BONDS, any time any hour! I'm super grateful for Tiffany and her outstanding customer service. At at time like this, you need a friend, not a foe.

My Fiance's experience has been nothing less than great here. The bondsman and his staff are professional they have a heart and are compassionate.

The people that work here have been very patient and helpful during the time I needed them. If I had any questions that I didnt trust what the Sheriff office was telling me I called them and they were very helpful.

This has to be the most unprofessional and has the most rudest employees and staff. everyone talks with an attitude like were bothering them even though they’re in business to assist us. we’re spending money with them I wouldn’t dare recommend them to anyone ever, just based off their demeanor and how they treat people when I call. When your family member goes to jail your concern, you’re worried of course you’re going to call and ask question and want detail information and you get upset because you have to do your job. You in the wrong business if you think you can’t treat people any type of way and we are still going to use your services. I agree with the other comments they just don’t like African American.

Out of everything i said the only thing you could address was my last statement! Wow now that’s shows a lot about you and your company. I been calling since 2am and you have no record of my name cause no one ask me my name. I call 5times to get answers on someone case and the guy was rude and had no information. Call right down the way from you guys and they had every answer i needed and more. Do you honestly think people is going to read these comments that you have placed and say YES I wanna work with them. This is sad i really though i would get a different reaction from this but i guess i had my hopes to high. Y’all have a great day.

Very unprofessional. They surrendered my fiance's bond because of another used 100 miles away with no way of them assisting on it.

I been using them for years and never had a problem until now i wish that they would communicate more with each other and be straight foward with the person !!!

I use this place to bail my son out, the person working to bail him out was ok, but I believe the owner is Racist, very rude to my son for no reason threaten him to revoke his bond just because of his skin color.
I would tell any african American to not use this place. Racism do still happening don't believe or not

One of my best friends kids had a special kind of night in Conroe a while back which landed him in the pokey. One call to Doug and the problem was handled immediately, with professionalism.

These people really took care of me. They walked me through the process of bailing someone out, were extremely courteous and stayed on top of it the whole time. Unfortunately, I didn't get to finish the process with them because the inmate had Been transferred to another county. They STILL helped me and refunded my money. Now, the Bondsmen I had experienced after were NO comparison to the service I had experienced with EZ out. If that weren't enough they called me after to help me locate and make sure I knew where the inmate was just in case no one had helped me further. I feel ljke sending a gift basket! These guys are incredible at EZ out and I think all bondsmen should write a few lessons on how to be from these guys. I definitely recommend EZ out and granted anything happens again I will not hesitate to call them first and foremost.

I had the occasion to use this company, and the staff treated me like family. They understood I had not ever dealt with a friend being arrested before and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. It took only a few minutes in their office and then we had to wait for the Sheriff's office to release our friend. Thanks to Greg and his office for being so professional.
