Came in for an immigration consult. They did not seem to be very knowledgeable about my visa options and referred me to a different immigration lawyer. 15 minutes, no real answers, and $150 was very bad value for my money. Later I went to Whittenburg here in Lubbock and they were much more helpful and only $50. Wish I had started there.

Mr. Hogan did a great job representing my daughter. He first suggested that we try reviewing police video and then talking with the city prosecutor to see if we could get her ticket dismissed. Unfortunately, the Lubbock prosecutor loves going to court or something, so they didn't dismiss it. Still, I appreciate that advice from Mr. Hogan as he was trying to save us some money.

In court Mr. Hogan was able to get to the real facts of what happened and was able to do so without even calling my daughter as a witness. She was nervous about court, but he was able to use other witness testimony to prove that she wasn't guilty based on what other people said. He was very professional and even answered a few questions via email before we hired him. I highly recommend Mr. Hogan.

What can I say.....they are the best

Never again....worst experience of my life. The car wreck was quick and fast. This was long slow and stressful and it felt like it was never going to end. No call backs, the advice given was for his benefit not mine. I pray that I never have the need for a lawyer, but if ever I do. Hogan law frim will not be the one's I call. I will be sending the State board my experience. I'm sure it won't change the world, but maybe just maybe it will help out their other clients...the one's being ignored.

I have been calling all week asking for help from different lawyers for a specific case I had. No one seemed to care when answering the phone. Almost everyone seemed to have an excuse to not speak to me. The lawyer isnt in the office, i'll get them to call you back (never called back) or call and set up an appointment Friday (called Friday to be told lawyer not available) etc.
Finally I speak to someone at Hogan law firm, receptionist I believe. Did not get her name :( but she was so helpful. So sweet. Took the time to pull up the case and take notes down to leave in a message for the lawyer. After a long week of no good news and feeling hopeless. Speaking to her really made me feel so much better. More offices need help like this. A lawyers office is labeled good or bad off 1st impression. And I am super impressed by the attitude and willing to help I received from this office.

Mr. Hogan went above and beyond on my case. He was extremely knowledgable and stayed on top of everything which took a lot of the stress off of me. Mr. Hogan handled my case very professionally and quickly. I believed my case was going to be a long drawn out process but it was resolved quickly due to Mr. Hogan's expertise. I am extremely pleased with Mr. Hogan and the wonderful job he did and would recommend anyone who needs legal council to contact Robert Hogan and the Hogan Law Firm.
