They didn't include my wife's medical bill & we still owe. I called several times and it's apparent that it was never paid. Won't use them again. I emailed and called Garrett Hope and he apparently couldn't prove that the medical bill was paid, now it's on wife's credit report.
Update: finally recieved a letter from a previous collection agency that said the bill was taken care of. We had to submit a copy of this letter to all 3 credit reporting agencies and ALL the phantom collection thieves that purchased the debt from the original collection agency. It was quite a hassle to vindicate my wife's credit.
