If you’re looking for an honest and reliable Lawyer to represent your case. Carlos is NOT the one!!!. We were referred to Carlos by another lawyer. What a waste of time and money. He was never available. He was either:out of the office, sick and guess what? On vacation. That’s right, Carlos took vacation while my love one was incarcerated, sleep deprived and worried sick for a case that wasn’t being addressed .His so called Paralegal would take messages and basically lie for the guy. They never made deadlines. All you would hear over the phone is,”You’ll have to call back, don’t worry we’re working on it”!That was all lies. It gets better. We paid $3500.00 for paper work to be filed and guess what? Nothing was filed. All lies. If you love your love one, I urge you to find another lawyer. Carlos and his firm is incompetent. Please do your research!!!!!!

Stop! Find someone else. All they do is take your money. He wouldnt even go to court and just get the judge mad so it can mess with your case. At the end the judge had to force him to appear in court, and you guessed it, he made us loose the case.
