My charge was for a positive UA for alcohol although I didn't drink he went in and had it kicked out of court and no jail time for me. Continue as was on my probation. We went in for mediation for a family probate costed a lot for one, then we were separated to a back office. We felt pressured the whole time there! never got to finish one conversation for another. Fyi! Try to work out family desputes yourself it will save u lots of money,,, mediation does nothing but take your money...

As an attorney Mr. Choate was Good. My only problem was that at times he was too busy with other cases to be able to appear at court with me. That was my only concern. Felt should have had someone there or called to let me know he was too busy that day and would have someone there for me.

John Choate Law represented me against a criminal allegation. My opinion about his legal representation of me is as follows.

Mr. Choate was considerate of all aspects of our relationship. He took a sincere interest in my wishes, interests and welfare. He contacted a private investigator to secure favorable evidence. He secured a favorable settlement to an extremely exaggerated situation.

I retained John Choate in March of 2015 for unlawful arrest charges. These charges, though were only misdemeanors, put my job on indefinite suspension and Leave Without Pay. The court process just takes time, with the DA reset court dates etc., and I have learned that's a given. However, with Johns ability to stay persistent with my evidence in our case, we received everything we asked for in that all thee (false) charges were dismissed due to lack of evidence, within about 8 months. I have since been re-instated in my career, and John Choate was able to obtain a signed expunction order by the judge to obliterate any future records of my arrest.
