If you are innocent and expect an attorney to do his job then avoid this man and his law firm like the plague. Jim James is an extension of what ever county he is defending you in, and will make absolutely sure a trial will occur even if the States has zero evidence of wrongdoing against the accused so he can get paid more for services rendered. The man will leave evidence produced from initial discovery unannounced until a month before trial, in short avoid Jim James, he is a man for which the ends always justifies the means, and your best interests will never be of importance.

I would highly recommend hiring cameron reynolds was straight forward with me and always stayed in contact with me saved my life on a motion to adjudicate got me reinstated if youre looking for a lawyer to fight like hell for you he is definitely the man you need on your side.

I would absolutely avoid going with this firm or at least avoid representation from Jake Spiegelhauer. Initially, Jake appeared to be very friendly, kind, and knowledgable. All of that changed once hired. Jake avoided every call having his secretary telling us each time that he was "in court" when in actuality...was in his office. We caught them in a lie when we showed up minutes after being told that he was "in a trial" to find him there. At that time we were told that he was "in with a client". We decided to wait and sure enough, he came out not having anyone in his office. He became very rude at one point. During the initial trial, he was incorrect about the law twice (mentioned license suspension for 12 months yet the judge actually corrected him telling him that it would be 6 months).

We ended up hiring a different attorney at a different firm who resolved the issue in 24 hours.

He gives sounds advice and is always on your side. He provides common sense law advise so that the client knows where he/she stands at all times. He should be your first call when in trouble in B/CS.

It's never a good time in your life when you have to consult a lawyer, but Cameron made this an easy transition. He was very good about returning calls, which I've heard isn't always the case.He was also straightforward about what our options were for my son, which we needed. My experience with Mr. Cameron Reynolds was just nightmare. I hired him to represent me in a criminal case that I was being charged with. A few months after hiring him, I was arrested for having an outstanding arrest warrant which he never took time to discover. To make this review short, 3 years passed and I was finally summoned to court. After meeting with him to ask him what to expect, never having been in trouble. He made me feel like my case was the worst thing ever and there was no way I was getting off the hook. After going to several preliminary court hearings I got a feel that he was only trying to get payed and spend the least amount of time possible by getting a quick plea bargain . He never took the time to research my case to give me the best possible outcome. In short, his best possible outcome was jail, probation, fines and accepting guilt to the charges. Having a newborn, I was not in any position to go to jail, after talking with Mr. Reynolds about this, he told me that there was nothing more that he could do because the district attorney was not budging. I hire a new Lawyer and my new lawyer after talking one time with the distric attorney he was able to get a Felony charge dismissed and another charge dropped to a lesser charge. After living in fear of going to jail for years my new lawyer got it all fixed in less than 3 days!!! I would recommend finding an attorney who has experience in Trial cases and is willing to take your case to a trial in front of a Jury. (very important) Thank you.

I would not use Cameron Reynolds will sell you out to the state and he's also a racist he through my brothers case to the state and he was sentenced to 40 years back in April 2014 time for change in Brazos County!!!!
