He was just amazing, He walks in the court room like a BOSS! Seriously! This guy knows what he is doing and had my co-defendant in and out of court quickly, and discussed everything until we were comfortable.

I had felony POCS and my co-defendant had a felony along with unlawful carry misdemeanor. I admitted guilt to the cops when I was arrested...We had both cases DISMISSED because of Mr.Garcia!! How? I have no idea!

Where do I begin with recommending Mr. Gilbert as your attorney...he represented my 17 year old son in a case where it was dismissed from the courts. He genuinely cared about our situation and my sons well being/future, and gave us excellent direction on how to handle the case. We followed his advice and every suggestion on what my son should do in the interim while waiting on our court date which was what I believe to be the reason why Mr. Gilbert was able to do his job and help my son. He is very educated about the Montgomery Court system and well networked within as well. I highly recommend him.

Gilbert fit me in for a consult the same day I got out of jail. He reviewed my papers, and got out his law book and showed/explained in detail what I was dealing with. Then he asked me what happened. He did not judge, he simply asked clarifying questions. He told me exactly what to do and when to do it. Before every court date he met with me prior and we discussed what could happen. I never was un-informed. I felt he personally cared about the outcome of my case. On the last day, we spent 5 hours in court and I could tell he was negotiating and working the DA. He got me such a good, and unexpected deal, I cried.

I was also dealing with a custody case at the same time, and every family lawyer I consulted with said "I had the best in the county" or "I couldn't have chosen a better defense".

His staff is also amazing. His legal assistant, Fran, was very easy to email and get an update from, or ask questions to.
