If you find yourself in a situation and need legal advice this group is a good way to go. I was charged and in about 6 months everything was dismissed. However, if you go with them be patient and let the process work. Do you want it done or do you want it done right? I walked in and met with Nicholas Smith and after we finished talking I felt very confident that I had a good team on my side. There are negative comments, but I had only positive interactions. With that being said, if you are in need of a lawyer then this is a good place to go. Good price and easy installment payments

My experience with them was not good, basically a “dump truck” lawyer, I would not recommend these people I am still looking for another lawyer at this moment for someone who actually cares and not try to get me to cop a plea guilty when I feel there is not enough evidence and contradictory report from the officer and what actually happened. Anyone who sees this please do your research and not just pick a cheap lawyer because I guess you get what you pay for. I learned my lesson and will try to pick a better team next time

I won't use them EVER AGAIN .06 alcohol level clearly could see on video that it was b.s. stop I wanted to go trial he had me plea guilty we NEVER EVEN discuss my case got obstructing a hiway charge case SHOULD have BEEN dismissed EVERY one I talk will TOLD me bad deal LAWYER shoulda did BETTER deal..THEY ARE WORST DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS IM HAVING TO PAY PROBATION FEES N MORE FEES BECAUSE MY LICENSE GOT SUSPENDED AND I WAS NOT NOTIFIEDNEVER ANYTHING BOUT MY ARL HEARING NOTHING THEY ARE LIARS I WONT EVER CALL THEM AGAIN IM LOOKING AT REVIEWS MY CASE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY BEEN DISMISSED I have been asking for my file since July 1ST still haven't received it AND it's August told me it would take 2 days SMH won't take my phone calls keep LIEN BOUT EVERYTHING DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE FULL OF IT MONEY WASTED FR..WORST LAW FIRM

The retainer and quote I recieved was completely ludicrous. Over $15,000.00 for a jury trial in County Court. Luckily I was able to contact a respected attorney from San Saba Tx He handled my case for $5000.00
Attorneys in and around Killeen are all about one thing. Ripping off the military. I gave these rejects a 2 just for showing up.

As soon as I entered the building it was nice, the receptionist gave me some paperwork to fill out and wasn't complicated at all.
