I called looking for a lawyer to help with a property lien dispute. In 30 minutes, Mr Gammon insulted me a few times while telling me to be quiet and not to talk and then asked if I was listening to him. He asked me way too many details that were not even pertain to the case and told me I was not a person worth representing. He accused me of trying to get free legal advice when I was just trying to hire a lawyer. If you don't want to be judged and called a bad person, I'd call someone else.

Mr. Gammon counseled me through a couple of simultaneous real estate entanglements. He was clear, efficient, and humorous, and he quickly helped me decide how to proceed with each mess. I recommend without any hesitation and will utilize his services again should the need arise (knock on wood!).

He is a bit aggressive at first, but ultimately very helpful. If you call him, put your emotion aside, because he's not having it. Have an end goal. If you don't know what your end goal should be, just figure it out before you call anyways. Your conversation will go a lot smoother that way. He is helpful and seems very knowledgeable on tenant/landlord issues. He's also one of the only attorneys I could find that actually represents tenants.
