Words cannot express how great Jason Bailey is. His attention to detail is exceptional and I have never seen someone so quick on their feet with follow up questions. He showed up on time and was very well prepared. He had a full understanding of the story and truly stands for looking out in what's in the best interest of his clients and family. He has a paralegal named Dawn Rice that is so amazing that she is in a league of her own. I had two lawyers before Jason and they both were so bad that I felt as if I was being wrapped up in a scheme. My first 30 minute consultation with Jason gave me peace of mind. He has worked wonders and continues to work diligently on my case and never backs down from a challenge.

If I could put a no star i would ...they go off your bond for petty reasons..like calling in late...even tho you called. I do not recommend this bondsman.

Well for one he was court appointed to me for a Bell county case fine.so I had another case in milam county and I hired him to represent me there and paid 1,500 dollars to do that but he never showed up to represent me so I had to get a court appointed attorney and I get sent off to prison for almost 5 years so when I get back out I go by his office and ask for my money back and he said what do you want 200 dollars and we are good and I said know I want it all back and still to this day I have not seen a dim . But I got another agency working to get my money back. So I would not recommend for anyone to go to him at all he is a crook....

Michael Magana's son was caught on video drinking and driving and now he is using his status as an attorney to threaten, intimidate and bully the people who have the video. I cannot recommend someone who uses their status to get their son off the hook for breaking the law drinking and driving.

I wouldn't trust Mr. Magana to represent my dog. He's very rude, make false promises, and doesn't return calls.

Allows clients cases to be drawn out forever. An innocent person, false accusations, has been waiting for trial for 4 years, keeps getting postponed yet has already been paid in full.

After 2 years waiting for him to start a lawsuit his “private investigator” was very disrespectful to my mother and me and told us that unless we paid him 15,000 dollars he would not move forward on a lawsuit that was supposedly being taken care of for 2 years I told him I can’t come up with it and he just walked out of the room.
Never answers the phone
Never calls
And when he want you out of the office fast he brings in his “private investigator”to bully you out of the room.
Don’t wait as long as I did you’ll see your first “appointment” when your put on a list with the 15 other people sitting there

Omg this lawyer sucks

Not very helpful at all. Actually said he was frustrated, had long day, we were frustrating him said he was done with the "meeting" got up and walked out while ripping up the paperwork I had to fill out upon being seen by him.
That to me showed unprofessionalism.

Good staff good price and they work with you. Keep in mind any attorney that has a law firm uses his staff to keep in contact with you so people can't be mad if you don't talk directly to him. Talk to his staff and they will get messages to him. Stephen is pretty good too.

I'm currently waiting on him for the 4 th time he's never on time, reception workers are rude and do not like to help out. I have called the office 6 times since 9am and it is currently 11:25 am I have my child and they have no care for that he's been crying and he is hungry. I've tried to reach him but he is never able to speak .

Do not hire this lawyer. He is only after your money. He will not call you or talk to you about your options or do what you ask of him. He will fill you with all kinds of promises and tell you he can get you out of what ever and then do absolutely nothing except hound you for more money.
