I was in a wreck, the other guys fault. Daniel Stark are great. They took care of us very well.

On Halloween day, my children, their Dad, and I were involved in an accident. Someone ran a stop sign and ran right into us. Overall, we were ok (minor pains). My car wasn't. The person who crashed into us was being BEYOND difficult when it came to the insurance claim and we were almost "a**** out"

2 years after my car crash the case was settled through mediation for just a tad under what would have been the maximum. A clear win. I cannot express how much I respect and admire every single person I delt with during this time. They are awesome to their clients and honestly look to our very best interests. Mr. Wise was my attorney that finished my case and was a joy to work with. I will recommend this firm to anyone with a legal issue that they handle. Especially a car crash where you are not at fault. In Dec 2017 I was in an car accident where other driver was at fault. We were not given insurance info and the police took 2 weeks and still no report. Called Daniel Stark and they immediately got the information we needed and got me set up with doctors. Ashley was amazing taking care of EVERYTHING I needed, calling to checking on me and making sure I had all the support I needed. I highly recommend Daniel Stark and appreciate that they took all the responsibility off my shoulders so I could focus on getting well.

I was in a very bad car wreck and was injured. I wasn’t real sure what to do. I called Daniel Stark and they handled everything. They kept me in the loop and in contact with me the whole way. They explained everything to me so that I could understand what was going on and I didn’t feel lost or in over my head at all. They got me a wonderful settlement and in only a few short months time! Following a motor vehicle accident in which my vehicle was totaled (I was not at-fault), I contacted the Daniel Stark Law Firm for representation. Even though my initial call was placed on the weekend, I was contacted by phone and visited in person by a representative of the firm that same day. My cause was accepted and work on my behalf began immediately. Within weeks the property portion of my cause had been settled to my satisfaction, and I was able to purchase a new vehicle and restore my transportation capability.

As a result of the accident I was injured, but encountered difficulty in receiving treatment. I recommend calling Daniel Stark first! I was involved in a very serious crash and sustained serious injuries, some life-threatening. My main concerns after receiving life-saving surgery at hospital were, I knew I had a long road to recovery ahead of me and, most importantly, I needed to protect my family through that process.

My wife and I contacted multiple attorney firms and asked many questions. We have had experience dealing with like issues in the past while helping a few family members over the years, with varying results. This was my first time ever needing a lawyer. They were extremely helpful, worked me with so well through the process. Processional, won my case. Would recommend for anyone needing a lawyer.

They gave up immediately when they couldn't find the insurance information for the person who ran me over, then when I found it myself and got it to them they re instated me as a client. After almost a year and at the point where the settement was to be reached, they dropped me again after literally doing nothing because they said the 911 call stayed something that would take us to litigation and even though according to them I had a great chance of winning, they just didn't want to mess with it. Did nothing for me but waste a year on this case. Basically if they can't get you an immediate settlement they will drop you.also at my home visit one if the caseworkers reported my dog to animal control because he is a big dog and lies to give hugs absolutely not a vicious dog at all and he called animal control, luckily he had his shots and literally did nothing but jump on him After, he was warned to wait for me so the dog followed me instead. Scam artists, last, don't work for their clients and have employees who try to file on you if you have a dog.unprofessional. Wouldn't let them handle my case if THEY paid ME

I must start by saying that every time I spoke with and made contact with any employee of Daniel Stark Law 'firm, I was treated with the utmost respect. The employees were courteous and concerned with my well being, first and foremost. I could not have expected to have the team of employees work so hard on my behalf.
