So there's a business side and a law side. The guys at the Austin business office were relatable, and they did a good job making me feel comfortable. I had a small criminal charge I'm dealing with so I was shopping around with different lawyers. The attorney on the criminal side in Austin, Adam, was a huge disappointment.
He was abrasive, and what surprised me the most was he didn't clearly understand what my charge was. I'm a network technician, I shouldn't have to tell a lawyer that DWLI doesn't have to do with alcohol. (it's not a DWI).
It doesn't really matter, I'm going a different route and getting a family lawyer involved, but I was pretty surprised that 45 minutes reading Texas transportation code I somehow understood it better than someone with a law degree :/
The 2 stars are for the business guys cause they did their job. Adam, lotta room for improvement.

Avoid this firm at all costs. I hired them to represent me in a speeding ticket case expecting, of course, a better outcome than I could have negotiated for myself. In fact what I got was confusion, a waste of time, and outcome I could have quite simply negotiated for myself.
Issues I faced: 1) Neglected to tell me that they generally are only able to get a dismissal if you accompany them for the first hearing. When they called me and told me that had finally confirmed an appearance date months later, I told them I was going to be out of the state on business and they didn't suggest that we seek a new date or relay the importance of needing to appear in person. After all, aren't you hiring them to take care of this for you? 2) They never answer their customer service line after they've accepted your case and they do not reply to your e-mail requests for updates as well. You'll have to call into the "new case" extension to get a real human to talk to. 3) Once they made the appearance on my behalf, the case disposition letter they sent me afterward didn't accurately describe the outcome they negotiated on my behalf! They stated in the letter I received deferred adjudication only, which was not the case. The city also required I take a defensive driving course and that requirement that they neglected to spell out in the letter. The only reason I knew this is because I received a letter in the mail from the Austin municipal court stating I had not fulfilled the terms of my deferral and I had to call the clerk's office to be told that the DSC course was also required!
Obviously I could have saved myself the $200 and the hassle of all of this by simply signing up for the defensive driving course myself. When I called Bobbitt Law back to ask for a refund or help in correcting the issue, they declined to offer further assistance, admit the mistake of not accurately stating the terms of the plea in the case disposition letter, or agree to even a partial refund due to all of the above. I could have ended up with a warrant against me had I not been vigilant in following up with the city directly.
You've been warned; find another more ethical, reputable firm!

a day ago On 01.03.18 was charge $295
Never worked on my case, call numerous times (over 30 times)
Received a warrant letter in March from the City of Fort Worth
Had to go in myself and take care of the ticket, was informed the court did not receive a letter of rep.
With Bobbitt Law not even starting on my case, I received a partial refund of $260, with the wrong address written on the check.
Do not use this company. Always press 1 as a new customer because they will not answer previously helped customers.
I hired Bobbit law and Patrice kept me well informed. I was nervous since this was the first time I had to go to court, but I was properly taken care of by Benton Martin and I was able to get a dismissal .

These people are as bad as the criminals they represent. They are dishonest, snide, and absentee. They are weasels and you'd do best to steer clear of them...

Their reasonable fee was some of the BEST money that I've ever spent! I got a citation for "speeding in a school zone". I never saw the sign or flashing amber light. Afterward, I went back and found the sign and light, obscured by tree limbs and leaves. Entrapment. It's right on the corner of where the NB IH35 exit/frontage road meets Holly Street. If you turn (right) east on Holly, , you never see the sign because you are watching for traffice approaching from the left. I took several photographs. Bobbitt Law got my citation DISMISSED! Great folks with whom to do business!

Beware of Bobbitt Law. They have the worst customer service and will never follow up with you on your case. When I hired them, I tried multiple times to call them and email them and they would either not respond at all or tell me that they will have a manager call me back. They even told me that I couldn't talk to my lawyer representing me for the Traffic Case directly and have to go through the customer reps for communication. I see now they are making people write a bunch of false positive reviews all of sudden with a span of 2 weeks after getting years and years of bad reviews for failing to represent their clients and terrible customer service. DO NOT TRUST Bobbitt Law. You have been warned.

Bobbitt Law has helped me with several traffic tickets which could have caused my license to get suspended. Thanks to their attorneys I have no points on my license and my insurance rates have remained the same!!!

"SCAM" If you receive a solicitation letter in the mail to retain their services, throw it in the trash. They did NOTHING for us, I had tickets dismissed on my own, as Lawyer advised he couldn't do what I hired & paid him to do. They will not take or return calls & they have refused to refund my money because they provided an Attorney......that did nothing! Rude, unprofessional, unqualified, Scam firm is what this company is!
