Very unprofessional and very rude. Definitely will not recommend. Came in one day and overheard one of the workers mistreating a delivery boy. Someone who does not have respect for people will not have my business.

Greedy, underhanded low-lives that steal money from people who are on fixed income. People who can't afford having their bank accounts taken hostage by these scumbags.

I contacted this law firm and I ask for "forgiveness" I am receiving PTSD treatment and have a hearing impairment that prevent me from obtaining a full-time job. However, they ignored my request and file a judgement anyway. This law firm filed a claim against a homeless Veteran.

They “buy” off your debts to credit card companies to make money off of you.

DO NOT use this company!! My husband and I had an agreement of repayment with them over the phone and they do not hold up their word. AWFUL to deal with they are sharks. Our son has an account linked to ours but he is the primary account owner and they drained my sons account for a bill that was ours. My sons name is not on any paper, any contract any financial responsibility at all in regards to ANY bill or debt my husband and I owe. We had an agreement to start our payments back up this August (2019) due to financial hardship over the summer and they upheld NOTHING. They literally took my sons money. When we called they are full of excuses and somehow don’t recall any deal made? Aren’t the calls documented? You don’t take/steal money from our 21 year old sons ( my son makes his own money) account to get money he works for and IS NOT responsible for our bill OR agreement with your facility. This was all over an $1100 debt that was agreed when we would restart payment. Honestly surprised they even have a 1.8 rating. And now they want all of my sons bank statements to prove he was the one using HIS money... They are dishonest and not credible!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Oh and we have not heard anything from them since our phone call in April setting up our payment plan... so they don’t follow up, check in, give notice, NOTHING they steal from whatever they can to get money even from people that are NOT financially responsible for your debt. Guard your account and do NOT make any deals with them!! When you are a company or law firm that drains accounts without any remorse or care for people and financial status of the people, then that makes you an awful company. PERIOD.I wouldn’t recommend this law firm for ANYTHING. They make sour deals and and as far as I’m concerned they stole money from our son.

If they're taking you to court, verify their list of witnesses as they tend to use individuals from around the country who rent out small office spaces in buildings owned by Discover, Cap 1, etc., to make their witness list look like it contains actual employees from a Creditor. Very deceiving and underhanded tactic to win a case against you by Fast Tracking the system and getting Default Judgments from court(s) who don't want to go through the Witness List for themselves.

This company is a pieces of garbage. Scumbags like this should not be allowed to practice law. They run through back ally channels to get your stuff pushed through the court system.

Worst Debt Collection Company Ever!

This is seriously the worst debt collection company! Don't get me wrong are any really good?! But they have continued garnishment from my check nearly $1000 over what they were supposed to because they keep losing or in their words "not receiving" a single payment......the SAME single payment that had been cancelled and reissued over the course of at least 6 months so now I sit and wait for my money to be refunded so I can actually catch up on other bills. Absolutely disgusting company. I called to make sure they knew my concern and they tossed me aside. I never received calls back when they said they would call back. Just a joke! I understand it was my debt to begin with but don't continue to punish over what you were owed seriously!
