I've known Joe and Rachel for many years on both personal and professional levels. It's hard to find this brand of atty/client devotion as service from them and staff is top shelf. I've had a quick answer to a question summed up by Joseph in an "on the fly" observation. Shyster!!!! Totally dropped the ball... had to report her to the bar association because she let my husband's ex-wife NOT PAY on the QDRO in the amount of over $50,000. She picked it up after the Bar contacted her, but then he passed away, and she wouldn't represent me to continue the breach of contract suit. Had to retain ANOTHER lawyer to litigate this. Still don't have my money.,

After speaking with several attorneys, there was no doubt that Rachel and her team would be who I was going to have helped me with my custody battle. They were very informative, kept me up to date as we made progress, and took the time to explain what was going on, as well as what my options would be moving forward. Went to Bachand & Bachand in a pinch, needed a legal document signed and notorized by my ex who was currently in jail, Mr. Bachand had the paper work I needed written up, sign and notorized all that same day, he personally went to the jail to have it taken care of, I couldn't have asked for any better service than that.

Rachel's advice to me was to get a job, get rid of my animals and to sell my house. when my child came home with multiple unexplainable brusies her firm responded that they weren't sure I should contact dcf. While they did arbitrate my request almost properly they gave little reassurance and hope. When the final bill came in there were charges for phone calls and consults with the paralegal that did not happen.

Absolutely horrible. Racheal never returns calls, and more importantly forgot obvious details for the settlement that if not caught would have cost thousands a month. It was like she was trying to make us loose the case. Her reputation as written in one of those reviews as as a great local attorney is not at all accurate.
