Mr. Landman has been representing me for many years on various issues with divorce. He is one of the BEST by far for many reasons that I think everyone should considers before hiring an attorney:
1. His availability to client is amazing, quick response.
2. He is thoroughly and well prepare.
3. His billing is clear.
4. His staffs are nice and professional.
5. I always feel confident when he represents me.
These are five reasons prompting me to rate Mr. Landman 5 stars.

Alan took 35 k from me up front. He swore that by hiring him I’d “get thousands in support” We hired vocation specialists, drafted subpoenas, spent all my money in new and exciting ways. Yet somehow the ex (a man) was always a step ahead. Alan then called me accidentally one day demanding which cases to settle because they were simple cases. Of course mine was one of them. He back peddled when he discovered who he called. Then of course he denied it. The day before trial he tells me we’re settling. Of course my hands are tied. During trial he settles for terms that should not have even been presented. I paid this man more than what my child will ever see in support. Immediately after the case closed everything I warned my lawyer would happen, while he was a bleeding heart for the opponent, happened. Then he refused to clean up his mess.
I would NEVER recommend him. He’s a greedy schister who only cares about collecting, getting Thru the case as easily as possible then ditching his clients knowing he wronged them. I could’ve done better alone.

Alan was excellent for my custody case a few years back. My ex was trying her best to deny me custody and Alan was such a bulldog in and out of the courtroom that her and her attorney essentially just rolled over and gave me exactly what I wanted.

He also did a great job when she tried to get me locked up on some trumped up violation of a protective order charges. He got me off entirely since the charges were unsubstantiated.

The other review on here that gave him one star comes from someone who didn't even have Alan as an attorney.

Some advice: yes, you may not need an attorney for an amicable agreement. However, if your ex is trying to take you over the coals, a good attorney will make all the difference.

Ladies and gentlemen if you want to waist your money and your kids future then don't read this because won't help you.

Please please please before to hire any attorney think about your child and your health because as soon as you start to paying attorneys then they won't stop to draining your money until you get broke!
Mr Landman was one of the 5 attorneys my x wife hired and after he took thousand of dollars of her and Mr Landman coached her to perjury to keep case open and finally she accepted my first offer before she hired Mr Landman.

Divorce case is very simple case and even doesn't need attorneys just you need go to Clark of court and they will give you all direction to file paperwork then you and your spouse need to go mediation counseling and make a honest negotiation!!!!!!!

If you want get attorney just get flat fee attorney's will do you and your spouse case!

Don't trust expensive attorneys like Mr Landman to get your money witch starting $10,000 to drag your case longer to drain your money and make you lying and ignoring the truth then he can buy time to make money witch Mr Landman did with my x wife and of course cost me and my daughter future.
