im not happy at all with this company. left me high an dry never kept me in the loop on anything going on with my case. they never confirmed with me what i could an could not do. now im stuck in a hard place cause not sure if i can do what they accepted for me. when i called them to talk about it the lady on the phone was rude didnt seem to care about anything i had to say hung up on me a few times also not sure how these people stay in business talking to people the way they do an handling things the way they do someone needs to put these people in their place

people answering the phone are completely rude hung up on me twice. never told me anything about my case. accepted a deal without confirming that i could even do this. how can they accept deals on my behalf without making sure i could do it. i explained that to them an they didnt seem to care at all about it. how are these people still in business running things the way they do very unprofessional

They gave great advice on other dealings in addition to providing service that allowed for my ticket to be thrown out, no fees!

These guys are the best. It was so easy to get the info they needed to them - i.e. I took photos of everything they needed, emailed it to them and that was it. There was no need to go to their office. After that, I just forgot about it, they handled everything. Then the best was the outcome. Case was dropped!! I highly recommend the Traffic Ticket Team!

Service not so good

Best Law firm I have used this law firm twice and both times the communication, service and professionalism in which my case was handled was incredible. I was cleared after each encounter no points, court cost or school. I would never use another Law office and highly recommend you do the same.

I had a very bad experience with The Ticket Clinic. I was issued a speeding ticket on Federal land (approaching Kennedy Space Center) and used the online form to hire The Ticket Clinic. Their website (and as I later found, their hold music) stated they handle all kinds of tickets across Florida and the United States. Thinking they could help, I engaged them and uploaded a copy of the citation. I received an email confirmation and was charged the fee. Two plus weeks later, I heard nothing, so I contacted them. Later, I received a call telling me that they could not find my matter. Several days later (after I emailed them the confirmation, they called me back and a "legal assistant" rudely said they could not help me. It was frustrating to know they could not handle all kinds of speeding tickets, even in Florida, and that their online system had not failed. As a I result, I have less than two weeks before the due day to scramble to find someone to help me. I hope others think twice before they engage this group.
