Not sure Mr Hart's offices are actually open any longer, multiple calls and messages have gone unanswered for about a month.

Charles Hart is an incredibly intelligent and capable attorney who not only cares but gives extra effort for his clients. Charles not only knows the law but is a bulldog in the courtroom fighting for his clients. I highly recommend Attorney Hart.

Let me just say this. I was referred to this guy by another attorney and once I called to set up an appointment, I was told he would do a free phone consultation because I was referred by another attorney. When he called me, 30 mins. late, my phone consultation consisted of him listening to my 5 min. explanation of my landlord / tenant issue and then him telling me that if I wanted him to answer any legal questions or give any legal advice, it would be $300.00 an hr. Now this man may be a great attorney, who knows, but the law is the law and my rights are my rights. I can go to boat load of other landlord / tenant attorneys for literally half that price for a real consultation and get the answers I needed to see if I wanted to pursue the issue. My advice,.... hold on to your wallet if you go with this guy.
As an update on my review and experience with Mr. Hart, I would like to inform anyone that may be thinking of hiring him that not 10 min. after I exercised my 1st amendment right and posted my experience and review of that with Mr. Hart, he called to confront me on my review, ultimately threatening to sue me if I did not take it down. Just a word to the wise.
