We sent a few very old accounts to Legal Action Bureau in the hopes that they could collect when we could not. The first one was an account from three years ago where the customer had continually promised to pay and then continually avoided us. After trying for three years to collect, we finally went to Legal Action Bureau. Within a couple of months, they had collected the entire amount. Now we are entrusting them with some other difficult-to-collect judgments. Since they will need to get lawyers involved for these accounts, we have paid them an upfront fee, but we hope and assume it will pay off. Even though they charged no upfront fee for our other account and only took a portion of what they collected, these other accounts are more complicated, so we felt an upfront fee was warranted. If they are able to collect, the lawyers will request the upfront fee to be included in the judgments as legal fees, and we will receive that money back. I will revisit this review later to update on those efforts. But we are very encouraged!

I hired Legal Action Bureau to recover money in connection with settlement. 2-3 days after I hired them I received the next payment that was due. I canceled my contract with Legal Action Bureau and they could have charged me 10% of the amount to be collected. However, they were nice enough and didn't charge me anything. I will always work with them in the future and highly recommend them.

I found a great collections agency. Because of the possibility of receiving bad reviews, I hesitated to use a collection company. Wish I had used them way sooner. It’s been about a year, and I have not received any bad reviews. I’m guessing they treat them with respect because we even had a few sign back up. They work by a no recovery, no fee basis. They don’t collect they don’t get paid. They have been very successful at collecting for me, so I don’t think they worry to much about that. It’s great to receive money I never thought I would get. They work with small or large companies. Anyway, they do great for me, so I figured I’d share.

I’m new to Florida and I was taken advantage of on a carport and driveway job. I had given the business owner a 2500.00 deposit. When I asked him to pull the necessary permits he quit communicating with me at all. I contacted Legal Action on Tuesday and they worked out an agreement and a payment schedule with him on Thursday. I’d definitely call them again.
