I sought help from this agency for a legal matter I am attempting to resolve. While they have an online application, it doesn't work. After wasting my time twice to fill it all out, I never received a call back. On both occassions, their staff stated they never received a submission (yet seemed unaware that their online application was not working).
Since their online system was down, I figured I would try to do their screening over the phone. No one ever seems to answer the phone at the New Port Richey location (tried there at least six times over a week). I also tried both the Tampa and St. Petersburg locations a couple times. While I was able to reach operators at both locations, when I was transferred to the screening department, no one ever answers the phone there. They will leave you on hold for about 15-20 minutes, then the line will go dead.
Considering I have wasted hours now trying to even GET screened by them, my experience has been a poor one to say the least.
