On my last day of work I sustained an injury that postponed me from my starting my next job until my surgery and the work compensation case was handled. I rarely called in sick and ended up walking out on my last day on crutches. A father of four and the only single income, I was extremely scared. Mr. Hill came highly recommended and I can obviously see why. He quickly added me to his schedule and put my mind at rest and told me what to expect. In the beginning it seemed work comp was going to do exactly what you would fear and not help with medical costs on a job related injury. Thanks to Mr. Hill I did not have any problems and what I thought would have been a nightmare, really seemed painless. I can't thank Mr. Hill or his staff enough. Hopefully, I'll never need another work compensation lawyer, but at least I know who to call when I do need one or know where to send a friend if they find themselves in a similar situation. I would not recommend going at it alone and definitely advise obtaining a lawyer for guidance and there's not a better one than Mr. Hill.

Mr. Hill did not represent my 2 permanent injuries to the full extent of the issues created from them. He then referred me to S.S.D. where i got the runaround. He said there was a cap on settlements due to fraud. He even felt i needed a Holey Bible, that i received appreciably. Then he went on to say repent or be thrown into a pit of fire. So now i sit alone, very sick, permanent debilitating conditions, no income. Not eligible for S.S.D., no medical insurance, no medical treatment. No medical records makes a person ineligible for S.S.D. Mr. Hill's advice was offensive & the representation of my case was totally insufficient mr. Hill, why did you tell me to apply for S.S.D. when representing me. In a work injury. Case? THAT WAS YOUR RECOMMENDATION, NOT MY DESIRE! YOU ARE WRONG!!!.

I needed legal advice ASAP. A few attorneys offices gave me advice but not enough because they don’t handle my type of case.
